In case of teeth loss the reconstruction of bone does not occur spontaneously.
In order to insert an implant, a sufficient volume of bone must be preserved. In the case of small bone losses they can be substituted with bone replacing material. In the case of large losses the best solution is to use one's own bone, which is the best material ensuring good healing of the wound and will provide conditions suitable for further treatments.
