After careful diagnosis and determination of the patient's plan of treatment, the implant fitting treatment is carried out.
It is conducted under local anaesthesia, or if the patient requests so and there are indications for this - under general anaesthesia.
Usually the implant integration process with the bone takes ca. 3 months in the mandible, and ca. 6 months in the maxilla. For this time the patient is equipped with fully functional temporary prosthetic restoration. After that time the following period of treatment can be started.
On the basis of implants, after healing, it is possible to construct crowns, bridges or dentures.
