Endodontic treatment means root canal treatment.
As a result of an accident, dental caries, etc. the tooth is damaged and it may lead to an inflammatory condition and decay of the tooth's pulp. Bacteria, in an uninterrupted manner, penetrate to the dental tubules and cause inflammation of dental apexes and bones. The purpose of root canal treatment is removal of bacteria and decayed pulp tissue from the tooth canal, its cleaning and disinfection, and, finally, filling it with an appropriate material.
